VERY BEST end of year teacher gift

At the end of each school year, I write a specific letter of appreciation to my kids' teachers, cc'ing the principal. Sometimes the principal will even save it to that teacher's record. This beats any bouquet of flowers, mug, or Starbucks gift card.
